When i bought my izzo as part of the advertisement for the product it showed on the web site an ac charger that was I thought part of the cost. Got the izzo and holder but not the ac charger.
Wrote to web site and asked why i did not receive the charger and never got an answer.
So at this point i am not at alll satisfied. Still need and answer!!
It does however work very well. Just don’t like the false advertising.

Best GPS unit for the money; have used it on 5 different courses, yardages are right on with Sky Caddie and others that my buddies own. Downside: You have to remember to advance the unit to the next hole (it does not do it automatically). Even without knowing this I would still purchase this unit. P.S. The company’s customer service is definitely the best (they answer e-mails and do everything they can to enhance the product).

This product has been as accurate as the high dollar GPS units, so far. I have used it on 3 different courses I play and it has helped me each time. I’m not that good a golfer so I need all the help I can get and this little unit has lowered my scores 5 strokes. Money well spent.
