Love it February 10, 2010 Jeff C. Shaw (Emeryville, CA) Product works great. The valve is easy to screw onto the tire. PSI gauge is not that accurate, but I always carry to tire gauge and check the pressure aftewards.
plastic heatsink? February 5, 2010 S.D. Amazonian (San Diego, CA) I just returned this pump. I bought it because of the great reviews, but was disappointed to find the heatsink was made of flimsy plastic. Not what I expected at all. Also, for such a heavy-duty appearance, it has warnings about not running for more than 10 minutes at a time. Might help if they actually used metal for their heatsinks...
excellent and portable January 24, 2010 William Sinclair This product goes for 80 dollars at slime's website. Not only am I happy with the price I paid, but Im even happier with the product. Excellent deal. I wish everything I bought was as this was.

Very Satisfied with purchase December 30, 2009 Dave D. (Chesapeake, Va) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
About 2 days after Christmas while working outside I decided to check the pressure of my tires. The first tire I got to was about 8 PSI low. Any other time I would have had to either use a hand pump or wait until I got to the service station. Not this time, in a matter of minutes I had the pump out of the case, connected electrically and to the tire and had filled the first tire. I went on to check and fill 11 others (2 other cars). I found the integral pressure gage to be fairly accurate (within a pound or 2). I was going to give it 4 stars because I discovered Slime offers another kit (same compressor) with a variety of extras (plugs for repairing holes, etc). That wasn't something that effects the performance of the compressor though so 5 stars. One more thing, I ran the compressor on and off for about 5 to 6 minutes with no noticable heating of the casing.
